For years I tried to navigate the rules of the wellness industry. I was overtraining, not eating or resting enough and felt completely disconnected from my physical self. The only connection I felt to my body was the aches and pains in my joints.
It wasn’t until I was fully engrossed in my career and helping other women take care of their bodies that I really learned how to take care of my own. It was a much larger transformation than just my movement routine.
I’ve seen the same story in so many women I’ve supported. And what I’ve learned is this:

Hi! I’m Emma.
I’m a Perinatal Chiropractor, Women’s Health Coach and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist with over a decade of experience helping women move better, get stronger and reconnect with their bodies.
My work bridges the gap between healthcare and movement - blending clinical expertise with compassionate, individualized care.
Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of women through every phase of life - from fitness goals and injury recovery to pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
My background includes advanced training in orthopedic and perinatal bodywork, dry needling, rehabilitative exercise, functional movement and women’s strength & conditioning. This foundation allows me to create treatment and coaching plans that are as evidence-informed as they are personal.
My approach is rooted in both science and empathy. I’ve seen firsthand how the healthcare and fitness industries so often fail us — dismissing pain, overcomplicating movement and promoting “bounce back” culture instead of true recovery.
My goal is to offer a different kind of care: one that honors your story, meets you where you are and gives you the tools to feel grounded, capable and at home in your body.
