In the healthcare and wellness spaces, women are told to push through discomfort, accept pain as part of the experience and navigate major body transitions alone. We’re given rushed appointments, incomplete answers and healthcare that rarely looks beyond the symptoms - let alone at the whole person and their lived experiences.
This space is different.
Whether you're navigating training struggles, pain, pregnancy or postpartum changes, stress-related tension or simply trying to reconnect to a body you’ve pushed to the bottom of the list, you don’t have to do it alone.
Through one-on-one coaching we’ll look at the full picture: your training, lifestyle, self care practices and support system to identify what needs to be shifted. Through education and empowerment we’ll create sustainable habits that will stay with you for life.

No two physical bodies, medical histories, personal experiences or life ecosystems are the same. No two coaching plans are, either.

Each month we’ll have a comprehensive call to nail down exactly what you’re struggling with and come up with clear action steps to support change
Ember platform access
With two new classes a week and hundreds in the existing library, you can move your body intentionally from anywhere, anytime
Messaging access
Send over thoughts, questions and updates to me via WhatsApp M-F for continuous, personalized support
Exercise & nutrition guidance
Clinically-informed, personalized exercise plans and nourishment support that take your body’s needs into account
Coaching Program Details:
Phoenix Rising
This package is for women who want increased levels of support and accountability to create changes that last.
With six months together, we’ll continue beyond the reset phase into building strong and durable routines. You’ll receive structured and personalized training regimens that help ensure sustainable transformation.
Includes:
One coaching call per month (45 min)
Fully customized training & lifestyle support
Access to the Ember movement platform
Messaging access for support between calls via WhatsApp, M-F 8am-5pm
This package is recommended as the starting package.
Ignite session
The Ignite Session is a one time brainstorming session designed to help you gain clarity, shift what’s been holding you back, and leave with actionable tools you can put into practice right away.
Includes:
90-minute private coaching call via Zoom
A chance to unpack the challenges, habits, or transitions you’re struggling with
Option to apply the session fee toward a longer coaching package if you decide you want ongoing support
