Women deserve better in the healthcare and fitness spaces. Instead of rushed appointments and minimized experiences, I believe in care that is personalized, sustainable and supportive. Together we’ll define your goals, identify challenges and create an actionable treatment plan that feels empowering and achievable.

Beyond individual sessions, my goal is to help raise the standard of care of women’s health within our community to ensure no one is left to navigate these struggles alone.

Common women’s health & perinatal symptoms I treat:

  • SI joint pain

  • Hip & lower back pain

  • Rib pain & upper back tightness

  • TMJ & jaw tension

  • Pubic symphysis pain and dysfunction

  • Round ligament pain

  • Neck pain & forward head carriage from breastfeeding

We can do better than one postpartum checkup at the 6-week mark.

Self-care during this phase isn’t selfish - it’s necessary.

It teaches your children to prioritize their own needs.

It helps you show up better for yourself and, in turn, for those around you.
