In Person Perinatal Chiropractic Care
Boston, MA
Yes, pain during pregnancy is “normal”-
but it isn’t inevitable. There is so much that can be done to keep the aches and pains of pregnancy at bay.
Let’s make this phase of your life more comfortable by tuning in to your mechanics, training and mobility to give you an optimal experience during pregnancy rather than accepting mediocre support.
We can do better than one postpartum checkup at the 6-week mark.
Self-care during this phase isn’t selfish - it’s necessary.
It teaches your children to prioritize their own needs.
It helps you show up better for yourself and, in turn, for those around you.
